We started as a Student Rental Housing Company in 2020. Post the pandemic, we shifted our portfolio to short-term rentals, when we saw a large influx of travelers. We partner with Landlords with our Master Lease Partnership Agreement. We provide landlords with guaranteed rent, no stress about vacancies and hassle-free management.
